She collaborates with the project team to develop detailed RFP documents that outline the project requirements, specifications, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms. This may involve creating clear and concise content for the RFP and ensuring it is accurately presented on the project's blueprints.

Professional background

Prior to joining Mahco AG, Franziska worked in the public interest sector of the law as a judicial law clerk.  She has specifically worked in the areas of family law, juvenile justice, education law, and civil rights. She was also a professional dancer, dance instructor, and coach.
